Ans Alliance Donation Refund Policy
Ans Alliance appreciates your donation and your support of our mission. Our ability to serve the community relies on responsible financial management, which includes accounting for and accepting irrevocable, non-refundable donations from the public. Therefore, Ans Alliance considers all donations to be final.

However, we understand that situations may change. Ans Alliance may consider returning a donation to the donor, but only in limited circumstances. If you have made an error with your donation or changed your mind about contributing, please contact us within ninety (72) hours of the original donation by [email protected]. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure proper handling and to protect both parties, Ans Alliance may request proof of identity before issuing a refund. Additionally, all refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. For example, if your donation was made by credit card, your refund will be credited back to that same account.
Please note that you are responsible for any tax implications that may arise if your donation is refunded.
Refunds
Limited 72-Hour Refund Policy
Ans is a nonprofit, not an e-commerce company. We collect donations and charitable fees, as such, it is imperative that our reputation with our payment processors and vendors remain in perfect condition. Refund requests from buyer remorse will not tarnish our reputation.
It would be best that we have a zero refund policy, but we don’t want individuals to have regrets or frustrations due to impulse decisions.
Ans buyers remorse policy: you have 72 hours to consider your donation. No accounts, emails, portals, shippments etc will be handled until the 72 hour window has passed.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and recognized within 3 business days of receiving the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
